EyeSuite seems to have problems connecting to the database

It seems that EyeSuite has problems connecting to the database. Messages like "no access to database", "Could not create database connection", "Access denied for user" are some of the messages which can appear.

This problem can be caused by a virus scanner and/or firewall. Try to turn off the firewall and virus scanner and check if it's working.

You could also try to make an exception:

- Create a folder C:\Temp\MySQLSvTemp
- Exclude this file form any virus scanner and Firewall activity
- Search for the my.ini file, this is normally located at: C:\\MySQL\MySQL Server 5.0\ Edit the my.ini file using notepad Add the following line at the end of the file:

tmpdir=C:\Temp\MySQLSvTemp\

Save the file and reboot the PC
