There appears to be a problem with the shutter and/or firmware of the CanonEOS 1Ds MKIII camera. This results in error 99 on the EOS body anderror from the CF60-DSi camera (x contact error to EOS camera).
A solution for this problem is new firmware which you can download from the Canon site (1DS30114.FIR)
If that still does not solve it please contact your Canon representative for a repair of the EOS body
